Councilman Bell Passing

Posted on: April 19th, 2016

2016 Apr 19 – It is with Great Sadness that I announce the passing of lifetime public servant, councilman, mentor, friend, father, grandfather Frank Bell.

Frank loved the City of Port Jervis, his home, and chose to give a lifetime of service to our community and our children. He will certainly be missed by the many who really knew how truly valuable he was to the residents of this city. Frank leaves behind an extended intertwined group of family and friends that were certainly shocked by this news.

On behalf of the City Council, Department Heads, and all the city workers we “Thank” Frank and his family for the countless hours that he spent making this city a better place to live.

On a personal note, I must say that there was no one more dedicated, concerned, as well as hard working for our city than Frank Bell. I will certainly miss him and his advise.

Service for Mr. Frank Bell will be as follows:

Viewing will be Friday at Gray-Parker funeral home from 1-4pm and 5-8pm.

Funeral will be Saturday at Drew Methodist at 11am.
