The City of Port Jervis Farmers’ Market is about to begin another season of operation.  It will run Saturday’s from July 18th through October 17th between the hours of 8:00am – 1:00pm at the mini-mall parking lot located at 60 Front Street.  Fruits and Vegetables will be available from “Perez Market” and “Nevins Farm” which are both local to the area.  Additionally, we will be introducing two new local farmers.  The first new farmer “Peace and Carrots” will provide Organic Fruits and Vegetables and the second new farmer “Once Upon a Farm” will provide local pasture raised chickens and free range eggs with season specials of turkey and pork as well as homemade honey and maple syrup.  Additional Farmers’ are always welcome to participate by contacting the mayors office at (845) 858-4017.
