SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT- From Rec Director John Faggione HALLOWEEN PARADE rescheduled. 

Due to the anticipated bad weather this Saturday, The 70th Annual Halloween Parade has been rescheduled to this Sunday October 28, 2018. 

Line up will be on Hammond Street in front of City Hall at 3 pm. The parade will start at 3:30 pm. Refreshments and prizes will be served and awarded at the conclusion at Farnum Park.
