Winter Parking Permits for municipal lots are available beginning November 1st thru November 30th at a cost of $40.00.  After November 30th the cost is $80.00.

Individuals looking to get a winter parking permit issued must bring a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance card to the City Clerk’s office Monday through Friday.

Permits will be issued to eligible vehicles only and cannot be moved from vehicle to vehicle.  Should someone change their vehicle they can bring in the issued permit and the new vehicle information to have it transferred on the permit.
