69th Annual Halloween Parade is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 2015 at 3:30 pm. Line-up will be at 3:00 pm on Hammond Street in front of City Hall. At conclusion of parade, at Farnum Park refreshments will be served and prizes awarded. After the parade don’t forget to go through the Haunted House!!
