Swearing ceremony for the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Port Jervis along with the officers of the city Fire Department will be on the 1st day of January 2018 at 12:00pm.
The Ceremony will be held at the Erie Trackside Manor; 1 Jersey Avenue; Port Jervis, New York.
