Beginning January 19, 2017, applications for grant funded repairs of City of Port Jervis income eligible, single family, owner-occupied homes will be available.
Applications may be downloaded from the Port Jervis City website: www.portjervisny.org, or obtained at the Port Jervis Community Development Agency (PJCDA) located at 134 Pike St., or the Port Jervis City Clerk’s office at 20 Hammond St. Contact the PJCDA at: 845-858-4024 or via email:PJCDA@frontiernet.net for more information.
Applications must be returned by mail and postmarked no later than Feb. 17, 2017.
This grant funding is being made available by the NYS Homes and Community Renewal/NYS Affordable Housing Corporation to the City of Port Jervis and the NYS Housing Trust Fund HOME Program to the Regional Economic Community Action Program, Inc. (RECAP).
