Click here:  2016 City of Port Jervis Initial Microenterprise Grant App w FIF to read the details and apply for City of Port Jervis Micro-enterprise Grant Program Application.  The project is designed to assist and support 10 Port Jervis micro-enterprises with education and funding.  A micro-enterprise, in this case, is defined as a business with five (5) or fewer employees including the owner.  Of the 10 businesses, 5 will be new start-ups (either not open yet or have opened within the last 6 months) and 5 will be businesses open longer than 6 months.  All businesses MUST be located in the City of Port Jervis.
